Rooms were quite large , clean and comfortable
The village of bidderay is Fabulous , however the hotel is not as advertised located in the village. It is located on the main road at the bottom of the hill with the train track and station right outside our window (within 3 meters). All of the directional information on booking .com puts the location of the hotel in the sleepy backwater of the village at the top of the hill. There are hotels in the village in the advertised position , but Hotel Noblia is not one of them!!!Extremely disapointed

Nice location. The railway line nearby didn't bother us much, certainly not as much as the barking dogs across the river, not that the hotel could do anything about it. The owner was very good. Comfortable, simple rooms, basic breakfast but very good restaurant, with good value menus. No complaints.

The hotel was fine for the price, with just above basic facilities. Small but clean room, comfy bed, adequate storage, good shower. The towels had seen better days though. The food was fine, with decent portions, but certainly not the gourmet standard that was referred to in the hotel's ads. Steak was not available the evening we wanted it, and from the wine list, we chose the last bottle of a local wine, a 2003, which should have been drunk within 3.- 5 years. Fortunately it was drinkable.
It was very warm when we stayed there so the windows had to be left open for air during the night and the closeness to the main road meant there was some traffic noise; however the worst noise came in the early morning when a couple of delivery vans stopped outside to drop off supplies, presumably bread, and didn't switch off their engines. As our room was just above the entrance, the noise was guaranteed to awaken us. Will say 'yes' to the recommendation question, but with obvious reservations.

Very good value for money. Relaxed attitude, good meal in the restaurant. Basic breakfast but passable.
Flies in the restaurant and breakfast area were a nuisance, otherwise no complaints really.
